ORDERING INFORMATION

Orders are accepted by mail, phone, or fax and may be charged to Mastercard/Visa or prepaid. Packing and shipping charges will be quoted upon request. Discounts are available for quantity orders. Please call for a quotation.

Most orders can be shipped in five days or less, but allow three weeks for standard sizes from this collection -- longer for custom profiles, sizes or wood species.

Standard woods are Redwood and Genuine Mahogany. Custom wood species include but are not limited to Maple, Red Oak, White Oak, Pine, Walnut and Cherry. Sizes up to 15 inch diameter and custom profiles are available as special orders.

Finials are pre-drilled and are supplied with galvanized steel dowel screws for easy and secure installation. Larger finials are provided with turned base tenons appropriate for heavier installations. Instructions for mounting and care accompany each order.

SHIPPING

Shipping unless otherwise arranged is via U.P.S. ground service. If you wish, we can inform you of packing and shipping charges before shipment.

DISCOUNTS

Quantities are discounted as follows:
orders totaling more than $500 deduct 5%
orders totaling more than $1000 deduct 10%

CUSTOM ORDERS

We are happy to turn your custom profiles for a small setup charge.
We can also turn our stock finials in custom woods and/or sizes.
A 50% deposit is required on all custom orders.

RETURNS

Stock finials can be exchanged or returned within 30 days provided they are in new condition. Custom orders or finials that have been modified in any way will not be approved for return.
